Q. What happens if my flight is delayed?
A. Connection VIP check all flight arrival times with the appropriate airline.
Should you arrive early or late there will always be a driver to meet you.
Q. How long will the driver wait for me to clear customs?
A. The driver will normally wait for 60 minutes before making enquires with the appropraite airline, customs or immigration and make a paging call.
Q. Do your drivers have cellphones/mobiles?
A. Yes. It is company policy all our drivers carry phones. These phones are also availble if you require to use them. (Calls are charged per minute)
Q. What methods of payment do Connection VIP accept?
A. All major credit cards are accepted (except Diners), as well as cheque or BACS payment.
Q. Can I set up a corporate account?
A. Yes, there are three different levels of account - UK, European and International, depending on the size of your business and volume of custom.
